AMICUS ASSIST IS HERE TO HELP YOU
Amicus assist is a free service for patients and families designed to provide assistance and support to help with access to Galafold. After you sign the enrollment form completed by your healthcare provider and are enrolled in the program, Amicus assist will provide you with a dedicated case manager. Your case manager will be your point of contact for accessing the support services available through Amicus assist. Case managers are available Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 8PM ET to:
- Verify and explain your insurance coverage
- Assist with prior authorization process
- Help with the coordination of delivery of your prescribed therapy
- Identify possible sources of financial assistance
- Provide ongoing support throughout your treatment journey
You can call the case managers toll-free at 1-833-AMICUS-A (1-833-264-2872) during operating hours with questions about your access to Galafold or the benefits available to you through Amicus assist. You will also receive your Welcome Pack containing:

Use this wallet-sized card to store your health-related information in one place. Contains space for you to write:
- Your doctor’s contact information

It also includes a brief description of Fabry disease in the event of a medical emergency.
Patient Assistance Program Application
The Amicus Patient Assistance Program is available to qualified patients who live in the U.S. or a U.S. territory. The program is open to patients who have been prescribed a medication available from Amicus Therapeutics, but who are uninsured or do not have adequate insurance coverage for treatment. Speak with your Amicus assist case manager to learn more and to begin the application process to determine eligibility.
